Summer – December to March

Warm to hot days, tempered by cool air from the Atlantic Ocean, with mild and pleasant evenings.

Autumn– April and May

Idyllic mild days, hot occasionally, with cooler mornings and evenings.

Winter – June to August

Rainy season. Cold to mild days.  Mornings and evenings cold to very cold.

Spring – September to November

Mild days, interspersed with cold and warm days.  Mornings and evenings cold to cool.  Expect some rain.

Summer   Cool summer clothing with something warm for cooler evenings and early mornings.  Sandals, walking shoes, swimwear, sunscreen with high SPF, sunglasses and hats.

Winter   Warm clothing, i.e. pants and jackets or coats, with scarves, hats and raincoats.  Something for occasional warmer days.

Spring & Fall   Warm and cool clothing.  Clothes that can be layered should cover all the possibilities. Sunscreen, sunglasses and hats.
